This row house in Park Slope Landmark District was gutted and brought to its former glory as a single family home after years as a two family house. A new elliptical stair with a large skylight was designed to bring a maximum of daylight 4 stories down to the ground floor. Each room was carefully appointed with architectural details at once nostalgic and modern.
